Celebrated here for my birthday, but prior to I had such easy communication with the staff. The day of everyone was so nice. It's a beautiful establishment. Couldn't hear the people in the other rooms within your private room. I was able to use youtube to get songs that may not have been on the list. The keyboard was easy to manage. The team at Feel Karaoke (Jack, Fluffy, and all) were so easy and great to work with before and during our event. I rented a large room for my husband's birthday...
